Our cloud infrastructure systems on AWS have recovered. We are continuing to monitor for any other potential impacts of the outage.

Monitoring

We are currently monitoring all environments due to ongoing, intermittent issues with our cloud infrastructure provider (AWS). At this time, the Documoto application is operational; however, users may experience increased latency or occasional errors.

Although the root cause lies with AWS, our team is actively monitoring for any impact to our services and responding as needed to ensure stability. We appreciate your patience and will share further updates at https://status.documoto.com/ as the situation evolves.
