Documoto will be taken offline to perform critical maintenance for up to 2 hours beginning at 19:00 MST January 31 (02:00 UTC February 1). As mentioned in a prior communication from the Documoto Customer Success team regarding this maintenance window, if your Identity Provider (IdP) or other systems you use to connect to Documoto are not set to auto-refresh upon a certificate error or mismatch, Documoto advises that you set up a manual refresh of certificates for Documoto on January 31, 2024, at 21:00 MT following the maintenance window.
Note: Following the planned maintenance window, Documoto will also be deploying updates for the Documoto Library and/or Admin Center. Please check your Documoto Admin Center Dashboard after the maintenance window for details.
