We’re excited to announce that Documoto will be undergoing maintenance to deploy major new features and enhancements on January 6, 2024, starting at 19:00 MST (02:00 UTC on January 7). The maintenance window is scheduled for up to 2 hours, though we anticipate the actual downtime will be shorter.
This release has been scheduled well in advance to give you ample time to prepare for these updates, draft and schedule any user notifications. This date has also been selected to avoid these changes during the holiday season.
This is a major Documoto release, which will include the following highly-anticipated changes: >> New Contextual Search Bar: A redesigned search experience that provides user more content-context and more relevant results. >> Enhanced Search Refinement: Significant changes to reduce clutter and deliver more precise search results based on user input. >> Microsoft File Viewing Support: The ability to view and search Office files directly within Documoto.
